Effective June 1, 2020, Prometric test sites in some markets will have every workstation in use, in line with local and governmental guidelines. To see if this applies to your testing site, please review the occupancy column on the Prometric site openings page. It is anticipated that additional test centers will similarly expand testing by utilizing all workstations in the near future, so we recommend closely monitoring the site openings page, which will be updated daily by Prometric.
Prometric has consulted with health experts and top infectious disease epidemiologists from Johns Hopkins University, as well as architecture and design consultants, to evaluate their test centers, and has enhanced and refined their global safety and cleaning procedures to maximize safety precautions, reduce touch points, and mitigate risk of exposure and/or spread of COVID-19. Please see the revised procedures here.
To further ensure safety, Prometric will continue practicing social-distancing measures in all common areas, all staff and test takers will be required to wear a mask or face covering in the test centers, and there will be no access to water fountains.
Candidates will receive an email three days before their test date to confirm their appointment, and to acknowledge and agree to Prometric’s guidelines. If you are uncomfortable or unable to test for any reason, you can reschedule your appointment via self-service here, prior to your testing date.
Sincerely,
NASBA Exam Team
