December Special Meeting

The North Dakota Board of Accountancy (Board) will be holding a special meeting on December 14th at 11:00 AM. The meeting will be held via tele conference call and a speakerphone will be available for public participation at the Board’s main office located at 215 North 3rd Street, Suite 202 C, Grand Forks, North Dakota.

At the time this notice is being prepared, the Board expects the agenda of its meeting to include the following:
                Special Exam Requests  
                Disciplinary Action Follow Up*
                Software Proposal

*The governing body anticipates the agenda item may be held in executive session rather than during the portion of the meeting that is open to the public.  The legal authority for the anticipated Executive Session is N.D.C.C. 44-04-19.1 Attorney Consultation
