September Special Meeting

The North Dakota Board of Accountancy (Board) will be holding a special meeting on August 17 at 8:30 am. The meeting will be held via Teams and a device will be available for public participation at the Board’s main office located at 215 North 3rd Street, Suite 202 C, Grand Forks, North Dakota.

At the time this notice is being prepared, the Board expects the agenda of its meeting to include discussion on nominees for a State Board appointment. The governing body anticipates this to be the single agenda item.

The North Dakota Board of Accountancy (Board) will be holding a special meeting on April 12, 2021 at 10:00 am. The meeting will be held via conference call and a speakerphone will be available for public participation at the Board’s main office located at 215 North 3^rd Street, Suite 202 C, Grand Forks, North Dakota.

At the time this notice is being prepared, the Board expects the agenda of its meeting to include the disciplinary action against case 2017-10. The governing body anticipates that discussion of the single agenda item may be held in executive session rather than during the portion of the meeting that is open to the public.  The legal authority for the anticipated Executive Session is N.D.C.C. 44-04-19.1(2) Attorney Consultation.
