At the time this notice is being prepared, the Board expects Executive Session may be required for the topics of Investigations and Disciplinary Cases. The legal authority is as follows:

• Investigations - N.D.C.C. 43-02.2-10
• Disciplinary cases - N.D.C.C. 44-04-19.2.
The Board will break for lunch at 12:00 am. We anticipate the lunch break to be 30-45 minutes.
